This guide will assist you on resetting your password. If you are unable to access your account due to 2 Factor Authentication, you will need to contact our Support Team for guidance.

An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam and junk folders.

If you are unable to login:

On the login page, click/tap on Forgot your password?

You may also click here to be redirected to the page.

Type your email address into the required field. 

Click/tap on Reset once ready.

You will now receive an email to reset your password. 

Click/tap on Reset your Password.

You will now need to enter your new password and confirm it by re-typing it in the below field.

Click/tap on Submit.

You will then be able to login with your new password.

If you are able to login:

Click/tap on the Settings tab on your account.

Click/tap on the Reset Password button to receive a reset password email.

The email will look like the below example.

Click on Reset Password.


You will be taken back to the Settings section of your account to add a new password.

Click/tap on Submit.
