User ID


Desktop:


When using a desktop device, your User ID can be found in the side navigation bar, beneath your name.


Mobile device: 


Your User ID on a mobile device can be found by clicking on the three lines (side bar navigation) on your account. Once doing so, your ID will be visible.




Operation ID

Desktop: 


Your Operation ID can be found from the Portfolio tab.


Go to the History section and your Operation ID is visible near the instrument's name.



Mobile device: 


Your Operation ID can be found from the Portfolio tab when using a mobile device.


You will first need to click on the three lines (side bar navigation) and select Portfolio. Go to the History section and your Operation ID is visible near the instrument's name.
